With more than 20 years of public relations, travel, and hospitality experience, Amy Rossetti serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rossetti Public Relations. Her background includes securing top-tier media placements with international exposure, building and maintaining brand concepts including spearheading numerous out-of-market activations and event sponsorships, developing and executing strategic communications plans through a variety of mediums, and facilitating the opening of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, as well as Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Las Vegas, and the Bellagio. Her out-of-market partnership and public relations ventures include the New York City Wine & Food Festival, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival, and the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival. She has brought national television exposure to Las Vegas, cultivating relationships with programs such as Bloomberg, Entertainment Tonight, NBC’s The Today Show, Nightline, The Travel Channel as well as full episode of HBO's hit series The Ballers at The Cosmopolitan.
Ms. Rossetti developed and implemented a multi-phased public relations strategy for The Cosmopolitan’s 2010 grand opening and spearheaded public relations efforts surrounding its 2015 sale to Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII. She played an integral role in both the Wynn Las Vegas opening in 2005 and the Encore opening in 2008, concentrating on the company’s expansive food and beverage program, which included supporting and promoting the multitude of world-renowned chefs and restaurants. For the 2006 opening of Wynn Macau, she used her hands-on approach to identify and grow meaningful international relationships and produce media results that increased global awareness of the property.
Ms. Rossetti currently sits on the Board of Trustees with one of Nevada’s most respected organizations, Communities In Schools of Nevada, and has volunteered her time and services with Three Square Food Bank, The James Beard Foundation and the Mentorship program at her alma mater, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
