Director of Social Media  

Rossetti Public Relations is a fast-growing public relations agency, based in Las Vegas, NV, working with brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle and gaming.

We are seeking an individual to be part of the leading team while supporting all Public Relations efforts and strategic communications for the agency and its clients. The Director Social Media is a key leader in expanding the Company's brand stories across a variety of social media platforms. This role will lead the overall social media strategy for several brands.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures

  • Newly established position will serve as the lead for multiple accounts
  • Leads social media strategy along with executive team that focus on the development of social media programs and strategies from content ideation to execution
  • Developing social audience targeting and re-targeting strategies
  • Provides leadership on content creativity and engagement, from developing of a strategic plan to tactical execution
  • Oversee & lead influencer management and strategy, ability to organize and host influencer events (i.e. menu launches, openings, etc.)
  • Foster and maintain relationships with local, national and international influencers 
  • Develops best-in-class creative through artful story-telling
  • Production lead on photography and video shoots when acquiring assets to be distributed on digital & social channels
  • Strategically utilizes multiple social platforms, depending on client, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Tumblr to communicate to the appropriate audience of a campaign
  • Maintain a pulse on the changes in the social media landscape and have the ability to synthesize how the evolution of social platforms should affect social strategy
  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies and deploy social media ads, build audience segments, ability to report on performance of paid ads and strategize to increase performance
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff; manage department processes and procedures
  • Develop and manages monthly, campaign and other required reporting to leverage data and insights to ultimately drive brand campaign strategy
  • Ability to advise and manage online reputation (TripAdvisor, Facebook, Yelp, etc.)
  • Building strong relationships with third party content providers and websites 
  • Assist other team members and client workloads as needed


  • At least 5+ years of experience within social media community management
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Management; or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in an agency environment preferred
  • Significant experience developing and executing a consistent approach and framework across external communications efforts and channels with measurable results
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience leading social media marketing within food and beverage, travel, lifestyle or hospitality industries
  • Experience with the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in digital and social media across paid, specifically in Facebook, Twitter, lnstagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, Linkedln, Snapchat and other emerging platforms
  • Able to lead and mentor a team
