Public Relations MANAGER
Rossetti Public Relations is a fast-growing public relations agency, based in Las Vegas, NV, working with brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle and gaming.
We are seeking an individual to be part of the team while supporting all Public Relations efforts and strategic communications for the agency and its clients.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures
Assist in the development of story ideas, pitch and achieve editorial placements
Proactively identify, craft creative and compelling pitches and follow up with media opportunities
Coordinate distribution of PR materials and interviews
Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and advisories
Work with social team to facilitate digital strategies and tactics into integrated communications
Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts, strategies and tactics for public relations, social media and marketing/promotions programs and email campaigns
Assist in planning and execution of press conferences, briefings, media and special events
Develop annual, seasonal and opportunistic PR strategies and plans, including messaging, strategic timing and tactics as part of broader integrated efforts
Work effectively in a team environment and drive efforts to support strategy that will meet and exceed client expectations, anticipated/desired results and determine program metrics/what success will look like for each pitch or campaign
Manage administrative duties including updating lists and press materials, clip files, copyediting, etc.
Help set key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR and lead measurement and reporting efforts.
Work alongside executive team to formulate and monitor comprehensive long- and short-term communication plans
Represent clients at community and professional events
Serve as a liaison between the PR team and the account and creative functions of the agency, ensuring and driving an integrated approach
Assist other team members and client workloads as needed
3 – 5 years of experience in a public relations capacity
Experience in an agency environment preferred
Articulate, strategic, and pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, media and other employees of the organization
Ability to communicate thoughts clearly and simply
Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, SOPs and memos
Degree in journalism or communications, preferably with public relations or related emphasis
Experience with strategic PR planning, measurement/evaluation, and analysis
Existing media relationships, or strong track record of cultivating and maintaining media relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and efforts
Strong communication skills, including written communication, combined with business acumen
Strong problem solving, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to engage and maintain relationships with client contacts
Aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in social media, content marketing preferred
